What’s it like to work at Ginger Pickle?
We’re a small (currently seven people) and relatively new agency, based near Norwich Train Station. We’re friendly, collaborative and always learning, so we think someone who loves to learn new things would be a good fit.
While we don’t take ourselves seriously, we do take our work seriously, and we really love working with people who care about what they do and doing it well.
This role sits within our delivery team, which provides marketing services to Ginger Pickle clients, and reports to the Head of Marketing. The team is supportive, fun, and absolutely not a family, sorry. There is room to grow in this role; you will learn from experienced marketers and work with your manager and the agency founder to shape your career in marketing.
While you’re learning the ropes, you’ll be based in the office with the rest of the team so you can get the support, guidance and quick answers you need. Once you’re up and running and working more independently, we can look at hybrid working options.
The recruitment process:
A first interview to discuss your experience and skills, and give you time to ask us questions too.
A second interview with a practical task.
If it’s preferable, we can offer interview slots outside of ‘normal’ working hours. Feedback will be provided to any candidate who requests it.
Sound like a bit of you? Send us your CV and a cover note to hello@gingerpicklemarketing.com.
